Chiropractic Assistant

The ideal applicant will be energetic, outgoing and personable comfortable with computers and a willingness to learn.

Core Responsibilities

  • Keeping accurate patient notes dictated by Dr. Erin
  • Time management - Keeping Dr. Erin on track with her daily tasks
  • Performing scans
  • Assisting with patient flow
  • Patient note dictation completed daily
  • Ability to keep Dr. Erin on task and on time
  • Professionalism

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting in writing dictated doctor’s notes
  • Direct Dr. Erin to ensure her daily schedule stays on track. Communicate often with Dr. Erin to enforce good time and task management.
  • Assisting in patient flow
  • Performing Scans - Neurocore, Neuropulse, Nerothermo and Posture
  • Accurate updates and documentation for existing patients
  • Accurate scans and documentation for all new patients

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

High school diploma or higher

Proficient in computer skills, phone skills and communication.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Working Conditions: This position involves working within an indoor office environment around general office equipment and may include non-traditional hours.
  • Physical Requirements: The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.5 per week
